Research Title: Decoding RNA–Protein Interactions with CRISPR- Based Screening and Machine Learning

RNA-binding proteins control how genes are read, stored, and translated, yet the binding targets of most remain unmapped because current methods scale poorly. Antony is developing a CRISPR-based screening platform that measures these interactions in parallel through sequencing, paired with machine learning models that predict binding specificity from sequences. The resulting maps could reveal how RNA regulation breaks down in disease.
