Research Title: Building a Digital Twin of the Visual System to Predict Spatio-Temporal Effects of Causal Neural Perturbations
The brain is shaped not only by what neurons compute, but by where they are organized and how they interact over time. Yash aims to build a task-optimized digital twin of the visual cortex that mechanistically captures its function, organization, and dynamics, enabling causal experiments and guiding precise interventions for neurological visual disorders.
